Baan Thara Guesthouse - Ao Nang

Friendly owners, spacious room, and value-for-money day tours. the location was a challenge without transportation. Hard beds and noisy road, but close to lovely Nappharat Beach. Friendly staff, two adorable cats, and overall a pleasant experience.

The stay was very special, would recommend. Low-budget hotel, particularly good location, we booked the twin/double room and liked it. The room we had included air conditioning and a safe. The bed was extremely comfy and there was free Wi-Fi.

The staff were amicable and made us feel welcome. The location for Ao Nang was marvellous, just next door to the main town / beach, the beach and the airport.

Simple morning meal with coffee, toast, jam, and some fruit 🍓.

Fantastic Value for Money Stay with Super Friendly Staff

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this homestay in Ao Nang. the staff were incredibly helpful, providing valuable insights and tips for exploring the area, and the complimentary breakfast was a delicious start to each day. the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it an excellent value for the price. the occasional bathroom drain smell could be improved.

I greatly enjoyed toast and fruit.

The staff at Baan Thara Guesthouse were all very friendly. the guesthouse is perfectly located in Ao Nang, right next to the main town, beach, night market, and airport. - Andaman Seafood is a great option nearby for quick meals.

The rooms at Baan Thara Guesthouse are spacious and come with nice amenities like a shower cap and bath sheets. the staff was friendly and helpful during our entire stay. It's also convenient that the bus stop is only a 20-minute walk away.

I loved the cozy room and the comfy bed, and the breakfast was fantastic with coffee, toast, jam, and fruit.

The twin/double room at Baan Thara Guesthouse was cozy and welcoming. I loved the cool air conditioning and the simple but functional wardrobe. The private bathroom with a refreshing shower was a great addition. Plus, the free WiFi in the air-conditioned rooms made it easy to stay connected.

The only downside for me was that the double room didn't have a safe deposit box. But hey, that's just my personal preference!

The staff here were all very friendly and nice. the best thing was that this place is just a short walk away from a snake farm and a monkey school - how cool is that? 🐍🐒

The staff was exceptionally helpful, going the extra mile to assist with tour bookings and even arranging a taxi into town.
